8. How long the distance is the headset can communicate?
   
   The longest distance is up to 10 meters. But the environment has much interference; it can shorten the distance of communication. And some cell phone’s Bluetooth communicated function is not enough to 10 meters, it can shorten, too.



9. Do I have to implement the pairing and connecting when using the headset every times?
   
   No, if two Bluetooth devices have paired and connected, at the condition of both power on, proceed to search, and then select the connection.



10. Why does the headset has no sound?
    
    It is possible to following reason.
    1. Your headset may not electricity. When the device power level isn’t enough, pilot lamp will flash, and charge your headset.
    2. Maybe your Bluetooth cell phone is crash. If this condition is happened, reopen the headset. (not repair)
